What we sell
- Subcontractor Right to Work Pack, a one-off digital download of 8 files: a guide, a tracker spreadsheet, an editable right to work policy, a letter for subcontractors, an onboarding form, message templates, a printable record sheet and a site poster, plus free updated files when the Home Office finalises its guidance.
- Subcontractor Record Keeper, an online tool that stores the date and result of each right to work check you do, collects share codes from your subcontractors through a link, and reminds you, through a calendar you add to your phone, before time-limited permission and other expiry dates run out. Monthly or yearly subscription.
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
Not legal advice
Our checker, pack and tools give general information based on the published law and Home Office guidance at the date shown. They are not legal advice and do not carry out the right to work check for you: you do the check using the official methods. You remain responsible for your own compliance. If your situation is unusual, take advice from a solicitor or immigration adviser.
Digital downloads and your right to cancel
If you buy as a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel. For the pack, you ask us to give you access straight away and you agree that you lose the right to cancel once the download is made available, as allowed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a file is faulty or missing, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
Subscriptions
The record keeper renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of first subscribing for a full refund. You can export your records at any time, and we delete them when you close your account.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep the tools accurate and available. We are not liable for fines or losses caused by checks you did not carry out, information you entered wrongly, or changes to the law after the date shown. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability to a business customer is limited to the amount it paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
